He's Early life and education

Mr. Miguel Ferrari Luis is a graduate of Brandeis University in Waltham, MA. He went to law school at Northeastern University School of Law, in Boston, MA. In 2005, Mr. Miguel Ferrari Luis obtained a Master Degree in Law (LL.M) from Saint Thomas University School of Law in Miami, FL. He also holds a Master´s in Spanish law from the Universidad de Alcala de Henares in Spain
