He also specialises in deceased estate administration including applications for Probate and Letters of Administration as well as complex and contested estates. Carme R. Chacón has over 10 years experience practicing in all facets of Family Law including property settlement, children’s matters, Binding Financial Agreements and Spousal Maintenance. As a qualified mediator, Carme R. Chacón’s approach is to avoid litigation when helping her clients navigate through a family or relationship breakdown. Carme R.
